In the province of Ontario, the administration of mortgages is governed by the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act. To administer a mortgage, a company is required to obtain and maintain a license with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Our FSCO license number is 12539. We abide by all the various regulatory requirements surrounding the handling, processing and maintaining of mortgages, and we use this expertise to work on your behalf — each and every time.
